They are primarily used for the safe separation of sensitive and die-cut components. In addition, the surfaces of the components inside are protected from abrasion and impact.

In this compartment insert made of polyethylene foam your products are sorted and protected. The advantage of elastic foam material is, with appropriate dimensioning, incidental impact energy can be converted into deformation. This cost-effective type of packaging is therefore perfect for products that are particularly sensitive to impact. The insert is reusable and can be optimally used together with transport containers.

We also supply the individual partition walls of a divider with an additional textile coating upon request. This packaging solution makes it easier to load and transport sensitive products. The soft textile coating on the surfaces effectively prevents damage to the poducts so that precision turned parts with stainless steel surfaces or chrome plated small parts can be transported.
